Questions school owners ask us
Yes. From 1 January 2027, schools pay ₦0 — no licence, no setup fee, no training fee. Parents pay a small token of ₦500 per student per term. If you'd rather parents pay nothing, your school can sponsor the token instead. Schools with 50 students or fewer are free for parents too.
₦500 per child per term on the Standard plan, or ₦700 if your school uses in-app fee payment. It gives the family full access to the parent portal — results, report cards, performance tracking and school updates. That's the only compulsory payment. LINA e-learning is a separate optional subscription.
Online, by transfer to a virtual account. Either the parent or the school can start the payment, so the school never has to collect or handle cash.
The school keeps full use of CollegeDreams and the child's records are always safe. The system automatically blocks that child's result, so the parent can't get it online or as a printed copy until the token is paid.
You keep every feature. When you pass 50 active students, Standard pricing applies from the following term, and we'll notify you before it happens. Nothing changes for your teachers or your data.
No. It only applies when a parent pays school fees through the app. It's a flat bank processing fee per payment, whatever the amount. Online fee payment is optional — parents can still pay the school the way they do today.

The per-school licence ends. From that date your school pays nothing, and every feature stays open to you. Parents pay the termly token instead, or your school can choose to sponsor it. We'll contact every existing school before the change.
